Acupuncture Initial Visit:
The first visit takes about an hour and a half. This time is set aside to fill out paperwork. This visit includes an intake of the patient’s medical history and a Chinese medical diagnosis. The visit also includes an acupuncture treatment. It can also include other Chinese medical therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxa therapy, and micro-current. The visit can also include an herbal prescription. Follow-up visits are about an hour. These visits include acupuncture, and other Chinese medical therapies. Initial acupuncture visit is $140 out of pocket, and $90 for follow-ups. Senior discounts are also available at $100 for an initial treatment, and $70 for follow-ups. Acupuncture discounted packages are also available in packs of 3,6,9, or 12 (inquire for pricing).
Herbal Assessment and Evaluation:
Herbal consults range from 30-45min. After an initial interview to review the patient’s medical history a functional evaluation is done. This includes pulse and tongue evaluation. Through this process it is determined what nutrition, supplements, and herbal formulas are best for you, cost $50.
